Orange Beach is located in coastal Baldwin County, between Gulf Shores to the west and Perdido Key, Florida to the east. The entirety of Baldwin County has been growing for years, but Orange Beach, especially, has been booming. The development of luxurious Gulf-front condos all over the coast have played an integral part in keeping visitors coming back year after year. The condos in Orange Beach set the bar for luxury and amenities that make them easy to book even in the off-season. There are investment opportunities in every direction you look in Orange Beach. Aside from all those luxurious waterfront condominiums that are so popular as second homes or vacation spots, Orange Beach is quickly gaining popularity as a great place to live. Numerous subdivisions can be found throughout Orange Beach, but the Ono Island community is  easily one of the most popular and exclusive communities in Baldwin County. The Gulf of Mexico is known to be one of the best fishing areas in the world, so you know the seafood around here is amazing! Among the numerous restaurants in the area, it’s the Flora-Bama Lounge & Oyster Bar that is the most popular. This roadhouse offers live music every night and hosts annual events, the most popular of which is the Mullet Toss.

Orange Beach and Gulf Shores offer some of the most stunning and naturally beautiful landscapes on the Gulf Coast. You have the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and sandy white beaches to the south and the Old River, Perdido Pass, and Bayou St. John spreading up to the north. This area is every boater’s dream destination! Sail out into the Gulf of Mexico or Perdido Pass for fishing, travel up through Bayou St. John and then west to get to the famous Wharf and, as the locals will tell you, nothing beats boating around Robinson and Bird Islands with a cold drink and some friends to enjoy the view with. Many of the condominiums and water-front homes in this area have boat slips available for residents and guests, including those on Ono Island.

The Sands condominium is located on a pretty densely-packed stretch of Perdido Beach Boulevard, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and much more. The Sands sits between Pelican Pointe and White Caps, just steps away from the Gulf of Mexico. Many condominiums in Orange Beach, including Caribe and Turquoise Place, consider three-bedroom condos to be an ideal size. The Sands is one of the few that only offer three-bedroom units with spacious floorplans (1,900 to 2,100 square feet) that offer enough room for the whole family.
